(Please send in JPG or GIF format)..

To make your Personal Web Site’s transition a smooth one, here are a few things you can do:

  Just send our office an e-mail  sales@c-a-site.com and reference your photo(s) with a number 1 thru 6 representing the order in which you want them to appear in your Personal Web Page Ad.(see photo restrictions)... Please make sure you include your name, telephone # and the complete address of the pictured photo(s).

  Make sure you completely fill out the Data Entry Form with all the text data edited the way you wish it to appear under each photo as well as the payment area at the bottom of the form and e-mail it to our office as soon as possible.

  If you do not fill out the Credit Card information at the bottom of the Data Entry Form and you would like to mail us your payment, please send us a Check, Money Order or your Credit Card information to our office (see Contact Us page).

If using a Credit Card, please include the Card Holders Name,
Card #, Expiration Date and the Total.

Please include (with all forms of payment) your name, telephone number, e-mail address (optional) and complete address of the featured photo.

As soon as your payment is received, your Personal Web Site Ad will be posted to our Web Servers and you will be notified of your ID #.
 

We cannot guarantee the final posted quality of photographs supplied by customers. Please try to keep the file size to a minimum..
