Above prices include up to 4 photos...
Pricing remains the same even if the remaining 3 photo spots are not used.

Two optional photo spots are available at $5/each. (max 6 photos per page). If additional photo(s) are needed after the initialed scheduled appointment, a drive time charge of $20 will apply, however if you can e-mail or mail us the picture(s), just the standard price of $5/each will apply.

You may only advertise one resident / item per Personal Web Site Ad.
A Personal Web Site Ad page is considered to be approx. 8 1/2”x11”

Dead lines are Monday thru Thursday at 4pm MST, two days prior to posting your Personal Web Site Ad...(Actual posting times may be sooner). Submissions made after Thursday at 4pm MST, will be posted to the Internet servers the following Monday.

Faced with a Classified Advertisement Deadline:
Call us for your pre-assigned Acct #, so you can reference it in your classified ad. You can then enter your text data via your computer and then schedule an appointment, e-mail or mail us your photo(s) as soon as possible. Anyone visiting the site prior to us receiving the photo(s)
will see a "Photos Coming Soon" message.

Due care and diligence are exercised in checking copy for accuracy, but no warranty is implied or given by C-A-Site. Advertisers and C-A-Site disclaim any duty or liability arising from typographical errors, mistakes, or misprints.

To avoid any potential inconvenience, we ask that you check your Personal Web Site Ad for accuracy, as soon as it appears.

Changes can be made by telephone or e-mail..

Once photo(s) are either taken by C-A-Site, submitted by you and or published to the web servers, the Personal Web Site Ad is considered “Paid For”.

Should your item Rent or Sell before your ad has expired, and you would like it removed from our Internet Web Servers, please call us at

Only major errors such as photo omissions, switching, mis-identification and wrong address/phone numbers shall be cause for credit. Photo errors credit will be given based on the percentage of the ad that contains erred photos.
